  • 12 medium-sized button mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, and olive oil until well blended.
  4. Spoon the stuffing mixture into each mushroom cap.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow cooling slightly before serving on a festive platter.
