  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup rice or quinoa (uncooked)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
