  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the green beans in this mixture until well coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll each green bean in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated and place them on the baking sheet with space between each.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
