- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Press into a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in cookie dough chunks gently into the filling mixture.
- Pour filling over cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
