  • 8 large Romaine or Butter lettuce leaves

  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
