Instructions

  2. Gradually mix in all-purpose flour, almond flour, and powdered sugar until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  3. Stir in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until fully incorporated. If the dough is crumbly, add a splash of milk.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into Christmas tree shapes.
  6. Place cookies on lined baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely before assembling with raspberry jam.
