  • 2 ears fresh corn (kernels removed)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (quartered)
  • 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if using the oven.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
