  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup salted caramel sauce (reserve some for drizzling)

Instructions

  2. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the softened cream cheese until swirls appear. Add most of the salted caramel sauce and fold gently.
  5. Drop dough onto lined baking sheets using a cookie scoop. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  6. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce before serving.
