  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
