- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Wash and chop all vegetables: slice bell peppers, cut broccoli into florets, and thinly slice carrots.
