- 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Gently fold in sour cream and vanilla extract.
