- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until golden brown and cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Stir in cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce mixture until well-coated. Transfer to greased baking dish.
