  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • ½ cup chopped fresh celery
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes per side). Remove from heat and let rest.
  2. Shred the chicken and return it to the skillet. Mix in cream cheese and Buffalo sauce over low heat until well combined.
  3. Top with shredded cheese and cover for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  4. Slice hoagie rolls open without cutting all the way through. Fill each roll with the chicken mixture and top with fresh celery and carrots.
