- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat with oil until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Shred cooked chicken in a bowl; mix in cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and green onions.
- Fill each pepper generously with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with additional shredded cheese if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil for the last 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
