  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 2 cups tortilla strips (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and chop the bell peppers.
