  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into 1-inch strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the egg wash, then dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side).
  6. Once cooked, remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Drizzle with honey-lime sauce made from mixing honey and lime juice.
