Description

Cinnamon Roll Protein Crepes are a deliciously fluffy breakfast option that combines the warm flavors of cinnamon with a protein-packed twist. Perfect for busy mornings or a leisurely brunch, these crepes are easy to make and customizable with your favorite toppings. With each bite, you’ll experience the delightful sweetness reminiscent of a cinnamon roll, all while enjoying a healthy meal that fuels your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for a healthier option)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  2. Add in protein powder, flour, cinnamon, sweetener, and baking powder; mix until no lumps remain.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with melted butter or oil.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to form an even circle. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift easily and the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another minute until golden on both sides. Keep warm on a plate while repeating with remaining batter.
  6. Serve immediately topped with maple syrup or fresh fruits.
