- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
- Add in protein powder, flour, cinnamon, sweetener, and baking powder; mix until no lumps remain.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with melted butter or oil.
