  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pasta by boiling salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
