  • 4 large sweet onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
