  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Remove chicken; add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Spread the garlic sauce on the rolled-out dough. Top with chicken pieces and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Finish with spinach and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle olive oil on top.
