  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure it’s well-coated.
