Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocados in a bowl and mixing in lime juice, garlic powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and spread guacamole on half. Top with shredded cheeses before folding over.
