- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground meat with garlic, honey, soy sauce, and pepper until combined. Shape into golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs until browned on all sides (about 5 minutes).
- In another bowl, combine uncooked rice with vegetable broth (or water), soy sauce, and sesame oil. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
