Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches; set aside.
  2. Lay out two slices of sourdough on a clean surface. Layer one slice with half of the cheese, then top with peach slices.
  3. Drizzle honey over the peaches and add the remaining cheese before placing another slice of bread on top.
  4. Butter the outer sides of both bread slices generously.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat, then place the sandwich in the skillet.
