  • 2 tbsp pure honey
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  2. Halve the butternut squashes lengthwise; scoop out seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place squash cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. While squash roasts, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side).
  5. Add chopped rosemary to the chicken; cook for an additional minute for flavor infusion.
