- 1/4 cup Irish stout beer
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Irish stout beer, Dijon mustard, and chives until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 3-inch circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle. Fold over and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash (beaten egg mixed with water).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
