  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.

  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
