- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water with active dry yeast; let sit for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine flour and salt, create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- While the dough rises, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté kale and herbs until wilted (3-4 minutes). In another bowl, mix feta and mozzarella; season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough into a round shape on parchment paper; fill the center with cheese mixture and fold edges over slightly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
