  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until combined.
  3. Marinate the salmon in half of the glaze for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until flaky and opaque.
