- Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out risen dough into a rectangle, spread pesto evenly, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cut into strips, stack vertically in a greased loaf pan, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
