- 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mix of colors)

- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
