Instructions

- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Fill liners two-thirds full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy; mix in powdered sugar and cinnamon.
- Once cupcakes are cool, frost them as desired.
