  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and roughly chop the fresh spinach; drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
