  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or thyme, chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the turkey, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, shredded cheese, and fresh herbs until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a circular shape with points overlapping slightly.
  4. Spoon the filling into the center of the dough circle.
  5. Fold each triangle tip over the filling towards the center and press gently to seal.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk the egg with water and brush it over the top of the crescent ring.
