Description

Indulge in the tropical flavors of our Tropical Mango Flapjacks, where sweet mangoes and hearty oats create a deliciously chewy breakfast. Perfect for lazy mornings, these flapjacks are quick to prepare and versatile enough to serve with yogurt or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy a taste of paradise with every bite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, diced mangoes, eggs, honey, and milk until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Grease the skillet with oil or butter. Scoop ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes). Flip when golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with extra honey or yogurt.
