- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain gently.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté ground turkey until browned. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, combine turkey-spinach mixture with ricotta, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell generously with the filling and place in a baking dish lined with marinara sauce.
- Cover shells with remaining marinara and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
