- 1/2 cup milk (whole preferred)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in instant pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
