- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 cans (15 oz each) low-sodium white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
