  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the herbed ricotta over the flatbread evenly.
