  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Pita breads or burger buns (4 pieces)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, parsley, garlic, feta, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. For the tzatziki sauce, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill patties for about 6–7 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Toast pita or buns on the grill until lightly golden.
  6. Assemble by spreading tzatziki on the bread and adding the turkey patty.
