- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Remove giblets from the turkey and rinse it under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
