Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers with some space between each piece.
