- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium English cucumber, grated and drained

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush this marinade onto the chicken while cooking.
