Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow or king crab legs
  • 1 lb fresh mussels, cleaned
  • 1 lb small red or Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn on the cob, cut into halves
  • 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 45 quarts water

Instructions

  1. Rinse seafood under cold water; prepare by removing shells.
  2. Boil 4-5 quarts of water with salt and Old Bay seasoning until rolling.
  3. Add halved potatoes; cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. Add corn; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Gently add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels; cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes until seafood is opaque and mussels have opened.
  6. Remove from pot using a slotted spoon; serve on newspaper-lined tables or platters with lemon wedges.
