- 1 lb snow or king crab legs
- 1 lb fresh mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb small red or Yukon gold potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn on the cob, cut into halves
- 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4–5 quarts water
Instructions
- Rinse seafood under cold water; prepare by removing shells.
- Boil 4-5 quarts of water with salt and Old Bay seasoning until rolling.
- Add halved potatoes; cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
- Add corn; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Gently add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels; cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes until seafood is opaque and mussels have opened.
- Remove from pot using a slotted spoon; serve on newspaper-lined tables or platters with lemon wedges.
