  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh or imitation)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup tempura crunch
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Soy sauce (for dipping)
  • Optional wasabi and pickled ginger

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions; let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat with mayonnaise and green onions.
  3. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread sushi rice evenly on top, leaving an inch at the top.
