  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  4. Make the dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, green beans, sliced eggs, tuna chunks, and olives.
