- 8 medium tomatillos (husked and rinsed)
- 2 medium jalapeños (stemmed and chopped)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed)

Instructions
- Rinse all vegetables under cold water. Remove husks from tomatillos and stems from jalapeños. Coarsely chop onions and garlic.
