  • 4 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
  • 1 cup canned water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 8 large butter or Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken and vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and green onions until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add diced chicken; cook until golden brown and cooked through (5-7 minutes).

  5. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
