  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 pita breads (for serving)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Grill the chicken: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
