Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk or water until smooth; drizzle over the cooled cake.
